several major meetings of the International Atomic Energy
Agency (IAEA) and United Nations Industrial Development
Organization (UNIDO). As President of the Industrial
Development Board and Chairman of the mandated working group,
he played an important role in elaborating and launching the
UNIDO reform process, resulting in the adoption and
implementation of the business plan for UNIDO, which put the
organization on a new track of development. |
